The check-in experience was a complete nightmare. The staff seemed clueless, fumbling through the system while holding my phone hostage. It was frustrating waiting while I just wanted to crash after a long journey. Poor service from the start!

Top-class, fairly clean place with friendly efficient staff at the reception desk. Amazing food, comfortable location in a mall with 4 star luxury. Extra large bed in the superior room, plus a balcony, a mini-refrigerator, and a safe. Particularly nice view of the surrounding town and well prepared breakfast.

Excellent hotel with its excellent wi-fi, rooftop pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me with sim cards during my first stay, which I appreciated. I recommend you try the breakfast buffet! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Exceptional hotel in a very central location with amazingly efficient and best staff at the reception desk. Location really close to Gateway Mall with extensive dining options and Umhlanga business district and all the shops, cinemas and restaurants.

Close proximity to the best shopping centre in the area. The staff is very friendly. Room facilities and breakfast were impeccable.
For people with a light sleep, like me, not suitable because of loud ventilation, guests who talk loudly on the terrace of the restaurant and a place for events in the adjacent water park

Amazing place with amazing wi-fi, friendly 24-hour reception, and a relaxing rooftop pool. I remember the staff helped with a local taxi number during my first stay. I'm looking forward to coming back for Christmas!

For one night this hotel is ideal. It is very close to the airport. In the evening you can walk directly to the shopping mile with many restaurants.

The hotel’s air conditioning in public areas pleasantly surprised me, making my experience comfortable despite the warm weather. I also enjoyed the views of the Wave House from the glass-styled Fig Tree Café, where I could relax and take in the surroundings. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the mall, and the staff were kind and attentive.
I didn't particularly appreciate how the shower is built; the water came out from under the shower door when used.
